Terms & Conditions Private Events

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PRIVATE EVENTS

A. HOST RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • The Host will agree to a date of their Private Event either verbally with the Event Coordinator on online at www.ATtheParlor.com/your-date. The Event Coordinator will email the Host a Quote, terms and conditions of the use agreement and coordinate the requirements for the Paint & Party event. Subsequent Invoices will be emailed to the Host with the balance paid within 24 hours of the event date.
  • Host is responsible for:

  1.  Supervision and control of their group and/or individuals to prevent  injury and ensure safety, before, during and after use of Studio facility.
  2. Payment of fees and charges unless the Host indicates payment will be collected per guest through AT the Parlor website. 
  3. Damage or loss to equipment, property or grounds which may be incurred as a result of the scheduled activity. The person signing the application is stating he/she has the authority to represent the group of guests.

  • Host may set up additional decorations and is responsible to remove decorations and provide general clean-up of their event space. Removal of decorations and miscellaneous materials must be completed at the conclusion of an event. Please do not affix anything to any part of any building, including ceilings, walls, doors or windows. 
  • The Host may provide their own food and beverages, cups, napkins, utensils, plates and any additional equipment such as DJ, band and photographer unless otherwise coordinated with staff. Refrigerated items may be brought in the day before to store cold items. 

B. AT THE PARLOR RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • AT the Parlor will provide the event space clean, safe and ready for use. AT the Parlor charges a cleaning fee for staff and equipment costs and materials associated with maintaining the space  
  • AT the Parlor has refrigerator and freezer for storage of supplies associated with the event. AT the Parlor is not responsible for loss or theft of articles stored or left in a facility. 
  • CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS 

  1. 100% refund will be given if AT the Parlor is notified more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled event.
  2. No refund will be given if AT the Parlor is notified the day of the event.
  3. Refundable deposits (less any fees or charges) will be made through the same method of payment (i.e., credit card, check or cash) within 15 business days of cancellation.

We may refund 100% pre-ordered Art Kits for change of mind 24 hours prior to an event date indicated on the order form; 80% refund if cancelled same day of event date indicated on the order form.
