VENUE VISIT
By appointment only. View the event space to see how welcome you and your guests will feel while attending your private event.
REFUND POLICY
100% Refund if canceled within 7 days of event; 50% refund if canceled within 2 days of event; 0% refund if canceled day of event.
DEPOSIT
A small deposit of $100 is required to book your event and save-the-date. Your deposit is applied to your total invoice. Deposit can be made online or at the venue. Complete deposit required 7 days prior to event. Check our Calendar now to find out if your date is currently available. Saturday's are the most popular days so book in advance.
SIMPLE & BEAUTIFUL DECORATIONS
Budget friendly with your own touch of DIY surrounded with elegant decor. Base colors are black, gold, cream and white so we can add a splash of your choice of color. Our event manager helps you create a welcoming event. UPGRADES AVAILABLE
TABLES & CHAIRS
We arrange all tables and chairs. All chairs include black or white chair covers. UPGRADE: Chair bows or chair sachets may be added for an additional small fee.
TABLECLOTHS & CENTERPIECES
Plastic tablecloths, choice of color satin table runners and table centerpiece included. Bring your own plates, cups, napkins & flatware. UPGRADE: Linen tablecloths, black or white. China plates, glasses, cloth napkins and flatware may be provided for an additional fee.
FOOD PREP-ROOM
Not a kitchen but enough space to prep and/or serve cooked food you bring in. Full refrigerator and full freezer is available to store your cold items. You're welcome to bring in your own food and beverages.
BUFFET TABLE
Large table is available to display your food items in the main room. To keep your food hot, Chafing dishes (steam tables) are include. UPGRADE: Fire gel is available for a small fee.
DESSERT TOWER & TABLE
Lovely glass top table to display your desserts from wedding cakes, cupcakes, muffins, donuts, cookies, etc.. Dessert tiers and trays are included at no additional cost.
SOUND SYSTEM & VIDEO
Six speaker sound system controlled with your favorite playlist from your cell phone - bluetooth connection. Or, hire your own DJ or band. Piano available for an additional small fee. We also have a 60" monitor for guests to enjoy viewing your picture slide show.
COMPLIMENTARY COFFEE & TEA
Coffee hutch stocked with hot, brewed coffee and Keurig pods. Hot water dispenser is ready with a variety of tea bags for you and your guests.
DRY BAR
Small bar for you to serve your beverages. Refrigerator/freezer available to hold your stock. UPGRADE: Dispensers available for those special beverages.
UPGRADES
We provide additional upgrades to help make your event stress free. For a small fee, upgrade linens, dinnerware, balloon arch, floating candles, audio guest book and more.
GRATUITY
Most venues tack on an additional gratuity, however, this is your decision you make for a contribution to your event manager ATtheParlor.
Let us know your preferred date, start and end time, number of estimated guests and the type of event you are planning. We will email you a quote. $100 Deposit secures your date. Pay online or during your venue visit. Our calendar gets book one year out so plan promptly.
